SHAHOLLY

About

Shaholly Ayers, a congenital amputee was once told, she could never become a model, however she pressed on and pursued her dreams anyway. After years of hard work and dedication to the craft, Shaholly got her “big break”. She received a call from the luxury department store Nordstrom to model for their print catalog and the rest is history. Shortly after, Shaholly would go on to be the first amputee to walk the runway without a prosthesis. She walked for New York Fashion Week 6 seasons in a row. The first 5 seasons were with production house FTL-Moda and the sixth season, Art Hearts Fashion and CLIO. The girl who was once told she could "never be a model" is now one of the top trail-blazing new models in the industry. With her unbridled spirit and tenacious attitude, there is no telling what amazing things she may accomplish.

Disability Inclusion Advocacy

In 2014 Shaholly became the Brand Ambassador for Global Disability Inclusion LLC, a consulting firm that helps companies diversify their workforce by including people with disabilities. They focus on the workforce, the workplace and the market place -- together they help companies understand the market opportunity that people with disabilities represent. Shaholly has become a role model by defying tremendous odds, to become one of America’s most dynamic emerging Top Models.
